A shared allowance. A clear reset.

How marketplace booking allowances work

GlowNearMe counts confirmed marketplace appointments at business level. A salon’s staff share one allowance. Free resets at the first day of each local calendar month; paid plans require a verified recurring billing period.

One business, not one per person

Free allows 10 bookings, Monthly 50 and Annual unlimited fair-use. Extra staff and branches do not create extra allowances. An unpaid hold or off-platform calendar entry does not count.

The final booking can finish

The gateway reserves a business allowance before capture. Nine of ten confirmed bookings still leaves one available. An interrupted capture keeps that admission until its gateway result is resolved, preventing concurrent overshoot.

History remains after reset

Usage is locked to the period in which its capture was admitted and confirmed. A new month never deletes historical appointments. Customer cancellation more than or exactly 48 hours early, and any provider cancellation, releases usage; later customer cancellations still count.

Starting plans by market

Plan data comes from the configured market catalogue. Paid plans are bought by card in Plan & billing. A paid period exists only after Stripe confirms a paid invoice; Monthly-to-Annual upgrades credit the unused month, downgrades wait for the period end, and a failed renewal is retried for seven days before the account returns to Free. No paid period or renewal date is invented.

Completion is not a bank payout

An authorized professional can mark a confirmed appointment completed after its scheduled end. A protected scheduled check can complete it after 24 hours with no current dispute. Completion starts the original configured hold, normally three days; actual weekly transfer and policy settlement remain closed.

Cancellation and one-time rescheduling happen from a booking’s own page, not from this guide. A free reschedule moves the same confirmed appointment and does not create a second confirmed use; the 48-hour allowance rule is read against the appointment’s current time. Contact and destination remain private before confirmation.

Deterministic rule checks

UTC+8 month resets, year/leap-year boundaries, final-booking capacity, unlimited allowances and the exact 48-hour cancellation boundary passed deterministic checks.

These calculation checks do not test signed-in actions, parallel database writes, gateway capture or delivery of quota emails. Those still need browser and connected-service QA.
